Hi Wade,

You might have just pulled something and the bump is noticeable because the testicle is slightly swollen. If it keeps up for a day or two more you should really go see a doctor. No reason to live in pain and also the Dr. can check out that lump. Good Luck!!!!!! DON

my right testicle has been in pain for a couple days now.. and it feels like there may be a lump at the top tip of it, hard to be %100 sure because it is so painful to touch and often times it feels like i have been kicked in the testicles.. is this a normal symptom? or likely something else?
