Few questions for ya'll Tc Veterans

k first off, more or less these questions arent for me but for a friend of mine who found a "lump foresay" first of all when doing the trasnlument flashlight test, will the bump that you shine it on be black when you shine it on it??? And secondly when they say the lump is inside the testy, what does that mean, if its in the inside how can you feel it?
