Swollen Lymph Nodes

Does anyone know the rough size of a palaple lymph node thats not swollen, i was diagnosed with an epidydimst cyst through an ultrasound.. but around my neck i can feel little hard balls like the size of a pea and they move around... i read this is the normal size of a node.. anyone one know?

just checked the size and they are about 3/4 of 1 centimeter, called the doc and he said lymph nodes around the neck are almost always present, and everyone can feel theres, at certain depths of the skin.. said anything under 1.5 inch is normal,!!
