So I treid the flashlight test again and had better results. It seemed to be translucent. There was a slight shadow where the bump was, but then again everything else in there gave off a slight shadow as well. The one difference was that by the shadow, i could definatly tell where the testical ended and the bumb began. The bump and everything else was nowhere nearly as dark as the testical. This is good new, right?

Don't forget to do the classic flotation test: submerged in a hot tub, the cancerous testicle will always float. Another one: put 'em on ice. The bad apple will outshrink the good one.
Get my drift? Get yourself (and attachments) over to a urologist to !shine! some ultrasound on it. It's easy, it's painless, and it's definitive. Everything else is just Voodoo science.
