Lump or Cyst?

So long as it's on the surface skin, it's unlikely to be TC. Does it hurt at all? It could be a sebaceous (oil gland) cyst or an ingrown hair, or minor skin infection.

If it doesn't go away in a week or two, or if it's causing you pain, it's a good idea to go to the doctor.

Hi i am 20 yrs of age. Just recently I found a lump/cyst on the surface skin of my right testicle, and its about 5mm in size.. What could it be? I would like to add that it is not attached to any testicles, its just on the surface skin
