  • So what should worry me???

I've felt 2 bb sized lumps in my scrotum and they are definitely not attached to the testicle (rt). Is testicle cancer always attached to the testes or can it float around in the scrotum. Also, I read thru all these posts and most say something like "I wouldn't worry too much, get it checked out, etc." What type of lump should be worrysome if someone doesn't mind answering i.e. how would TC probably present in a home exam.

    Thanks.

If the limps are floating and not attached to the testicle it will not be testicular cancer. If the lump was on or felt like it was in the testicle then it might be cancer. If I were you I would get it checked just to find out what it is, I'm the curious type so even knowing it wasn't dangerious I would want to know what it is.
