  • Question

    Hi all,

Any guidance will be appreciated. First, let me say I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow. Now the good stuff...

A couple of weeks ago, I had pain in my left testicle. Over the course of a couple of days it got worse. Some times I would get a sensation in my left leg - like it was working it's way down, then it'd go away. It would also get this sensation behind my scrotum as well. Eventually the pain subsided - today there might be a little sensation in my testicle, though. BUT the other day I found a lump in my scrotum - specifically on the top right side of my left testicle (if you were looking down on it). It's about the size of a BB, a bit tender, not hard, and appears to be attached to the epididymis/testicle via some kind of cord. I really don't think it's attached to the testicle. On top of that, it moves around, independent of the testicle.

Any thoughts to put my mind at ease?

    Thanks!

I think it's unlikely to be testicular cancer, and your doctor's appointment tomorrow should confirm that. Good luck, and please report back once you've heard more.

Like my lump urs is not directly on or in the testicle, but rather attatched through something else. I would just like to know, is it possable that it is cancer if it is not on the testicle?

Sounds more like a case of a Epididymis Cyst. Hoping that my UN-proffessional E-diagnosis is corrrect. Good Luck!!!!!! DON
