    Hi,

I have a small hard round lump on my testical. It is actually on my testical near the bottom on the front. I know I need to go and see the doctor asap but I was wondering if anyone knew of any websites that have more detailed information on the statistics of T/C as I have been looking at various web pages all day and seem to have found conflicting information. Some say that 95% of all intratesticular mases are cancerous others say different. Can anyone help? The lump is about the size of bb.

    Thanks,

    Jay.

Jay, most solid intratesticular masses are cancerous. As you said, you need to get to a doctor ASAP. What you're feeling may turn out to be benign, but don't risk it. If it is cancer, the sooner it's treated, the less treatment you may need.
