Lumps raghhh!

Hi, i'm 16 and not too long ago we got a talk about Testicular Cancer at school. I check myself regulary and noticed a smallish lump at the bottom of either testical sort of behind it. It seems to be around the same size at the epidermis if not smaller. Can anyone tell me what this is?

It's most likely part of the epididymis. See this diagram. I'm glad to hear you're keeping up with monthly self-examinations. They're important!
