What the hell is this thing ive found??

Hey guys,
basically above my left testicle i have found a vessel of some description and its quite thick almost swollen and i cant find anothe rone (not this big anyway) anywhere near my right one.

This probably isnt the place to post it but its the closest thing that anyone has offered as far as asvice is concerned.
