pain in wright teste

on my wright testicle when i squige (softly) the middle there is a sharp pain not like when you get kick in the groin,but i done the same to the left testicle and it does not hert.

but it only herts when you sqeeze it with your fum and finger,no ake or lumps

so what do you think is it normal

if theres no lumps i would stop worrying. but see a doctor for advice
