im scared and stupid

I am 15 and ages ago i found a lump on my testical. I think i have testicular cancer and i am too scared to go to the doctors to see my doctor or talk to my mum or dad. i have a girlfriend i want to just tell here as u fill more easy going and can tel them anything and as i am about i get scared and don't. i want to go to the doctors but i am just to scared i would rather go and see someone i don't know. help me

Follow the attached link to a web site that will describe how to do a proper self exam. http://tcrc.acor.org/ When you finish if you still think you have a problem tell you mum. It may be a bit embarrising but she is there to help, your girlfriend may be wonderful and great support for you but she probably can't get you to a doctor.
