    I'm 14 years old and my right testicle is fine. No aches, pains or anything. but there is a somewhat "extension" at the end that feels like it could be a third testicle. but the only thing is that its attached to my right one. here is a low qualuty diagram:




    is this cancer?

    the same thing with me except my right one is bigger than my left
    i dont think its any thing cause my dad said not to worrie but i still wanna have the doc look at it except it sorta feels like its suppose to be there just like a natural part of it and theres no pain either nothing unusaul

      Hey guys, I would recommend going to the Doctor to have it checked out to be on the safe side. I'm sure you would feel better once you knew it was okay.

        do u think it is cancer?
        i have heard its really rare and it seems to feel like a natuarl part plus isnt cancer usaully a hard lump?

          Sound more like a cyst or Calcium deposit.. The only way you will know for sure is to see a doctor!!!!!!
