My testicle swelling up, then started to hurt. Within a couple weeks, the pain mostly went away, but the swelling did not. You may want to still see a doctor, just for peace of mind.

Thank you for your quick response.

No, one is not bigger than the other, neither is it harder. The dull aching is milder today, so it seems that it is going away. I must have just "kicked myself" when sleeping .

Hi Zack, welcome to the forums,

Well, the best thing to do is to see a doctor so that he/she can see whats going on and to rule out TC. It could be that you just slept on it wrong or something like that. Does that testicle feel "firmer/harder" than the other? Is it bigger? Click on this link: TCRC . It has a lot of information including signs of TC etc...

    Keep us updated.

A question, if you don't mind

    Greetings,

I am a 15 year old male. A couple days ago I woke up from a nap with slight pain in my left testicle. The pain has continued since then. It is VERY slight. I tend to sleep rather violently, is there a chance I just slightly damaged something? I have woken up with a sore testicle before, but the pain has gone away after about a day. I'm pretty worried right now.

Another thing is, a "tube" on the left side of my scrotum is larger than a tube on the other side. Perhaps early startings of vericocele? It is NOT nearly anywhere as big or thick as in most diagrams. It does not feel like 'a bag of worms' as other websites describe.

Just curious, your help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.
