ite people, iv bin pretty worried about this for a while now. ALthough both my balls are the same size, there seems to be stuff attached to my left ball. And it isn't small either, it almost trebles the size of it. The easiest way to desrcibe is as loads of separate tubes that feel gristly. i also sometimes get dull aches in my ball area. Also what approch shud i take in tellin me parents? i know i shouldn't be scared but i can't bring myself to saying anything to them.

This is probably a varicocele or some kind of cyst, not testicular cancer. Just tell your parents you have some swelling and need to see a doctor.
