Just got back, its a cyst and I should therefore check if every few months (for hardness or increase in size) but not obsess over it

I don't think its cancer. Ive worried so much over the past year and would have loved to have had it all cleared however it feels such a struggle at the doctor's. By that I mean that I am almost feeling like im trying to make something wrong, and this is after seeing three seperate doctor's all having the testicle check done. Yes only had one test since I noticed the spot but I am sure he know's what he is doing. Regarding that link you gave Scott, it sounds like it could be it. How would I find out? Is there any diagrams of where it would be or what it would feel like, and would it be on both testicles

I cant remember really if it was before or after but I had a dull ache while I was at work once or twice which also worried me. After going to be GP he told me it was simply an escape route for pain and not to worry; I took his advice and forgot all about it.

An escape route for pain???? Pain is your body's way of saying, "hey you, something's wrong, find it and fix it". Always trust your instincts when it comes to your helath and never ignore pain of unknown origin that persists more more than a few days. I agree with Scott that a wart where you describe it makes absolutely no sense either.

I'd find another doctor, a urologist, explain your symptoms with absent ejaculation as well as the pain/bump and get a testicular ultrasound. Let us know the results and if we can giude/support in anyway. There are many things besides TC it could be, but don't take the chance! If it is TC it is highly curable and the earlier it's caught the better! Good luck!!

A wart? That doesn't seem likely. It's possible that it's a normal part of the testicle, though, like the appendix testis. The best way to be pretty sure about the situation is with an ultrasound, if one is warranted.

Well I pointed it out to him several times. He was brief about it so maybe I misheard but he drew me a picture of the testicle. It isnt on the other side (least what I can feel) and is on the top of the side of the testicle. Its hard to expain but as I said should I go for another check on both parts or take the doctors advice and forget about them?

I have come here just for some advice and must say that looking around it seems you guys are a real credit to all those who worried about testicular cancer. My concerns started years ago when I noticed that unlike others I was not ejaculating during masturbation. The problem which still exists has been attributed to a lack of confidence and a mental block, and is a side issue which still concerns me.

However what made me really concerned was last October a severe pain occurred in my left abdemon during sport. Christmas came and I went away for several weeks to the states. While checking my testicles I noticed that on my right testicle there was a small pin sized spot. You could move the top of the spot in a circular movement but it would remain on the same part of the testicle (almost like an attached tenticle). I worried myself and when I came back I went to the GP. Once again I was told not to worry after an examination (what I am used to hearing from Gp's now ). He said it was a wart and that was all he said on the matter.

I am now months on and have had a few small minor pains in the abdiomon over that time. What I wonder is that could the GP be wrong? Is it a risk worth taking? He did not recommend any further action and nothing else has happened to the spot. Do I forget about it, or must I do another dreaded trip to the doctors? Thanks for your help!
