  • What now?

I am 15 years of age and about a year ago i discovered a lump on my right testicle and my nipples were larger than usual and tender. About 3 or 4 months ago i went to the doctor to have it examined. The doctor refered me to a urologist to identify the lump and he said that it was "an enlargement of the tissue in a "bag" directly surrounding the testicle (not the scrotum)" The lump persisted and i have recently started having very mild pain in my right abdominal area and my right testicle. The lump is near the top of the testicle.

Did the urologist recommend any follow-up? Antibiotics? An ultrasound? Remember that there are plenty of possibilities less serious than cancer.
