Help please got a pain

Hey all im 13 and a bout 2days ago got a pain in the scrotum not the testicle but a pipe thing

it isnt as bad now but only hurts if i start prodding around

i heard about they can get twisted but i thought to myself it would be a very bad pain and swelling and red

ive felt doesnt seem to be twisted

i got a nice bath and the pain just went away but when im dry it comes back

i just wondering

please help
