  • Interesting probolem

Now I am fourteen and found a lump on my right testicle around 9 months ago, it was small, and proseeded to shirnk into near nothingness within a week so i thought nothing of in(probobly should of had it checked but never the less) it has returned recently(earlyer this week) and it grew to a size of just under half a centremetre by the feel of it, its making walking slightly uncomfortable at times, my main probolem is finding out if it is testicular cancer, it seems to change in size from day to day, smaller and bigger, but it seems to hover around half a centermetre general size.
Does this sound usual or unusual?

Hi, Dave. You need to tell a parent and have a doctor take a look. It may be nothing serious, but you won't know until you get checked out.

Yeah, I googled testicular lump and found a whole pile of websites to do with cancer and very little else.
      I have a few questions:
What are the chances of it actualy being cancer as opposed to a random lump.
If it isn't cancer is there a high chance of the ball getting removed anyways.

It may be a cyst, fluid collecting, instead of a solid, cancerous tumor. If the doctor isn't sure, the best way to tell is with an ultrasound.
