  • Playing cricket, got whacked without a box :(

I was playing cricket about a year ago, and got whacked in the testicles by a cricket ball. It bloody well hurt! but the pain wore off after about 10 minutes, and it was fine during the rest of the game. Upon closer inspection at home, my left testicle was damaged, with abit of it what i can describe to you as "a mush". Now iv never ever had pains, etc, and i cant feel any lumps on either testicle (hard to feel when its all mushy ^^), so i dont know what to do atm.

Im only 15, and i could do with some advise because if i tell my parents etc, they would think differently of me and atm, i am at the height of happiness with skl, etc.

Is there any places i could go without telling my parents to get meself checked? Like maybe tell my mum something, go to a doctor, than tell him properly? Will he keep my secret?

im not sure but dont patients have doctor patient confedintiality (cant spell) anywho its your mom man and she'll still love you, i mean think of it like this, if you had a kid and he told you this happened to him whould you think of him any less??or would you go and get him help and help him through this????i would go with the 2nd one personally. just rememebr that your parents love you and nothing will change that. especially something like this.

I just kinda wanted confirmation. I mean, a knock on the testicles has nothing to do with TC right? I was just worried...whats the worse than can happen?

i dont think it has to do with tc but im no genious i just have been reading some cuz of a lump i found and from what the doctor has told me. but the doc siad that tc feels like a really hard thing growning on the testicle. he was like really hard like you know n he knocked on his desk. so i doubt its cancer but still your should deffinety go to the doctor, remember tezsticular things are like really common and theres nothin to be shy about. good luck n get checked out dude. oh and sorry im the only one answering but it seems like not a lot of people do repond or somethin.

It sounds as though you had an injury, not testicular cancer. Is everything OK now, or does it still hurt or feel strange to you?

It doesnt hurt one bit, i have ejaculated normally, no blood or anyhting, but yea it feels weird when i have my routine check because a part of its all mushed up from when the balls whacked into it

I was scared maybe it could developed into testicular cancer or something? im not sure, im only 15 and still ignorant to these things..

Since it still doesn't feel right, I would ask your doctor about it.

Just tell the doctor what you told us: you got hit hard while playing cricket a while ago, and your testicle hasn't felt the same ever since.
