Concerned and Uneasy!!!

ive had a bag a bit bigger than my testicle which light can go through attached to my left testicle for around 4 - 5 years i cannot remember when it came about. I also feel a thick cord leading up to it, when i suck in my guts the testicle is also pulled upwards. ]

I dont think its a hernia as the bag is attached to the testicle and isnt hard and is also translucent.

Any advice would be appreaciated

i think all tesicles do up when you suck in your guts .. well mine does anyway

Sounds like a cyst. It's not likely to be a serious problem, but you should ask your doctor about it. The spermatic cord attaches to the testicle, and it's normal for the testicle to rise as you said.
