No, I don't think they did the scans wrong.

You are most definately obsessing. The scan is not wrong. The doctors are not wrong. Be thankful you are fine and get on with your life.

Let me first say that I am very happy to hear that you have been confirmed healthy once again..Cancer is definitly not something you want to deal with and you have taken EVERY step needed to asure you are OK.. With that said the Doctors have also done everything possible to asure that your ok within the Urology and Oncology fields of practice...

Karen is not being funny..The truth hurts sometimes.. We are here to help as much as possible and if we can we will.. I want you to take a few hours and read some of the previous posts from any of the during treatment and beyond from any and all of us if needed. I want you to read about the HELL that all of us, as survivors and co- survivors , have been through and also look at some of the guys who are in treatment now such as Brewing,Dave,Rasjoe,TCcancercop etc... Look at the pain and suffering we have and are enduring .. think long and hard before you ask if you need to see a doctor again or if your OK.. Honestly the constant questioning ,over and over, and absolutly insane assumption that you have cancer, when you damn well know your fine, is becoming a slap in the face to those struggling for their life right know. They now are the ones who need our help and support along with other new members that have REAL problems. I wake up in mild to severe pain every day from neuropathy from chemo, I ,as well as others are still trying to pick up the pieces and put our lives back together mentally and physically. None of us complain..You should be out partying with freinds and family for the fact that you are 100% healthy.. So Please do us and yourself a favor don't ask about going to the doctor or if your OK-- ANYMORE!!!! You are a grown man and you know what to do from here... I would suggest taking up a hobby of some sort to get your mind free. If this problem persists then I think we can all agree that you should probably go see a shrink or volunteer to have a double orchictomy so you don't have to worry about Testicular cancer.... I'm not trying to be mean but I think we all agree that its time for you to take a real long reality break.. All the best to you in the future.......

When you see the doctor tell him how upset you are. Fear can be an awful thing and it too can be treated. Go back to the once a month exams and please don't consider yourself crazy.

In all seriousness, your anxiety level is off the scale.

You will WORRY yourself into an early grave.

Please consider seeing a doctor regarding your anxiety and stress. I was also a chronic worrier, so I know how debilitating it can be to get worked up over every possible problem that MIGHT happen. Through counseling and prescription meds (lorezepam), I feel so much better and I'm enjoying my life again.

Tho' much is taken, much abides; and though we are not now that strength which in old days moved earth and heaven; that which we are, we are; one equal temper of heroic hearts, made weak by time and fate, but strong in will; to strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield.

There are kids much younger than you on antidrepressants. You many not even need anything long term...just to get you through this. It's a biochemical imbalance in your body and nothing you can control or nothing to be ashamed of. Just get to a doc to talk about your anxiety...maybe therepy will do it for you.

I wouldn't rule medication in or out until you've talked with a health professional about your anxiety.

Have you checked with your mom yet about a doctors appointment? Take some responsibility here, you may be young but you're not a helpless child. You can question us all you want but in the end you are responsible for what happens to you.

Get treated for your anxiety. I have a sister in-law who is almost 50 and because of untreated anxiety has wasted her life and she had chances to be helped years ago and ignored them. I can't think of much sadder then a wasted life that had potential.

The anxiety will not cause the lump. If you have a lump you have a lump. The doctor gave you an all clear, enjoy it. Your problem is the anxiety which may need to be treated. If you get a second opinion and that doctor says that you're ok will you relax or just keep worrying?

That's not thinking ahead, it's obsessing.

Have you stopped the constant self-examination and let things alone for a solid week yet? If not, that's your answer.
