If you have a varicocele most likely no treatment will be needed. Check out this link for more information.

Listen to dadmo and check out the link he left-- you should get all of the answers about a varicocele you need. You may want to jsut go to your regular doc as steven did and have 'em take a look-- don't be your own doctor and decide you are okay just by reading the net! We (the people on the forum) are here to help but are no substitute for real medical attention. Hope all is well!! Good luck this up-coming soccer season!

i just realized that the testicle with the lumps or whatever it is, is sometimes cool and a little damp and my right testicle seems normal

            does that mean anything

Your testicles should be a little cooleer than the rest of your body, the sperm needs to be at a cooler than body temp to be made--why we have a sack. As for the dampness, you got me, you nervous and sweaty cuz that isn't a symptom of TC as far as I know (I've read some stuff, too. Lots of sleepless nights)?? Go to a doctor they'll get you where you want to be.
