Don't wait until April. If it's nothing you only lose a few hours, if it's cancer and you wait until April you could lose everything.

I fully agree with dadmo-- in my case, in two months I went from clear scans and markers to tumors in my lungs and gut. Don't wait, it just isn't worth it.

The chances are that you wont need anything done. Even in the worst case 70% are cured with the removal of the testicle.

                James,
Are you really so busy that you can't find 2 minutes, literally, to pick up the phone, dial a number and make an appointment? Stop procrastinating and make the call. Now.

Isn't it amazing how much better you can feel by going to the doctors. Great job.
The urologist will feel the testicles and try and find the lump. If he finds one he may schedule you for an ultrasound but don't assume you have anything bad, it's just a precaution. If you get an ultrasound scheduled it will only take a few minutes, it will be another exam if the testicles and this will tell the doctor if the lump is solid or fluid filled, it's really a simple check. Good luck with the urologist.

WOW i feel sooo much better, well today i did alot of things.....i went to the hospital to see a urologist and thanks dadmo i made an app. with dr.campo and since i already went to see one i didnt think i need a second.....well i went to the hospital and talked to a urologist and he said it might be a hydrocele. So i he called a place...i forget what it was called and i went today and got an autopsy, or some sortive scan where the gell this thing up and move it around on my testi. We got the pictures and on thurs. i'm going back to the urologist and he will make his decision as to what it is on that day. Will i have to go through surgery to get this fixed if it is infact a hydrocele?

So hopefully everything goes well, and it all works out fine. Hopefully it doesnt swell after, and stay swolen....thanks for everyones advice, i feel much better now and i feel like alot of weight has been lifted off my back

That's great news. Good luck with the surgery, and keep us posted. Lots of guys check in with hydroceles so it will be educational to hear how it goes.
