I know that this has most likely nothing to do with TC but it has to do with down in that area...

For a long time I have noticed this strange feeling formation above my testicles. It almost feels like a lump of knotted up veins. For the most part it doesn't hurt, but occasionally I get small pains from it. Is this something that is normal or does anyone have any idea what it could mean/be?

It sounds like you may have a varicocele which is often described as feeling like a bag of worms. Follow this link for more information. Of course to be safe it should be checked by a urologist.
