    Hey again everybody.

Not specifically related to TC but I was curious to ask around what degree of twisting the spermatic cord to a testicle can be subjected to until a patient feels extreme pain from the torsion.

Just wondering as my right side has been dull aching lately, and its my left that has the variocele.

I would think very little!! Why don't you try twisting yourself until it hurts and I would say that is how far you can twist your spermatic cord before you experience pain (j/k). Good luck with that one-- ouch!

I asked my doctor about it when i was trying to figure out what was wrong with me, his words we if it is twisted you would be in the most pain of your life and in the hospital being given pain meds until emergency surgery . If it is twisted you would know it due to the pain. So I think you can rule that out as what is wrong and something that you don't every want to happen!!
