Hey I'm 13 and i have noticed 2 years ago that my cord is big on my left side and makes my left testicle look bigger. But My left testicle is bigger than the right. BOth my testicles are a little tendor. I'm worried i have cancer. Is it cancer if you have a big cord. I feel little tingling in my left leg. Idotn know if it is with the big cord but I dont know what to do. I do self exames every week and it's been the same for a year. Please tell me what I sould do!

Check out this web site for information on how to do a proper self exam. It doesn't sound like you need to worrry about cancer but it's possible to have inflamed the tubeing by checking too often. In my opinion your feeling the normal plumbing but you certainly will sleep better hearing that from a doctor. Well, Honestly i Dont think i have Tc. my left 1 is noticably bigger because of my cord is huge. I have no lumps at all. and im scared to tell my parents. It will be a little awkwardComment

Are one of your testicles suspose to be bigger than the other? Is that normal?
Can you have Tc if you have no lump on the bigger testicle? Can you have cancer in the veins or cords because there bigger on the left side?Comment

I told my mom I'm having pain in the left leg and gronal area and she said that my family had a history of hernias and that it's probally that. She is makign an appointment. I'll ask if it's Tc at the doctor's officeComment
