The first thing is to find out what it is, of course. It may be something that can be treated with antibiotics or that doesn't require treatment at all. You haven't ruled out the possibility that it is cancer yet, so please get it checked.

It's more likely to be a cyst than cancer, but the only way you can be sure is to have a doctor diagnose it.

ok i don't know want it is but i have a small painfull lump near the front on my right testical, and i want to know want it is and if i should do anything about it
