Do a self exam the way it is shown here . After you do that look around that site for a while and you will see that all thosae veins are normal but they may be swollen. I think you will find that you don't have cancer but just swollen veins (Varicocele) which may be from too much checking. The main thing you want to check for are hard lumps on the testicle itself. If after you check yourself out you're still worried have a urologist take a look. Keep us posted.

hey im scared i got cancer because my testicles have been hurting for a while now and its mainly my left one.And my left has a lot of veins they feel like worms but my right one hurts to please help
