What makes you think you have tc? If you do they will remove the testicle, my son had that done on a friday and was back at school on monday afternoon.

well...my left testicle is significantly bigger than the right one and it has a lump. what do i do? what am i suppose to ask for when i make an appointment?

i never really payed attention to it because it's always been like that. i've never had any problems or anything and the only reason im concerned now is because my friends mom got cancer in her ovary. so i did the research last night and i think i have some symptoms. people just arent being informed enough about it.

Just call the urologist and tell him you have an enlarged testicle with a lump in it. If he suspects anything he will send you for additional testing. The whole exam process is very short. Good luck at the doctors.

okay....so it turns out that i dont have testicular cancer. instead, i had varicoceles which explains the size and lumps. thanks for all the help and support. i wouldnt have had the guts to go to the doctor without it.

Good news. Keep up the regular, monthly self-examination.
