Really scared and cant even study for a test

I am so scared i dont know what to do. I have a lump like a sausage on the top of my right testicle. I just noticed it today. I started doing reaserch all day and im not sure what to do i am going to tell my mom to go for a checkup but i am afraid of what the doctor will say. I cant even study for my midterms tommorow. AHHHH i cant take it i need to calm down.

Jimbo, there's a good chance it's something like epididymitis, an infection, rather than cancer. Still, you do want to tell a parent and see a doctor right away.
