hi there, i noticed a small lump in my left testicle a few months back and it hasnt changed much. ive been sick for almost a month now with bronchitis and loss of voice. i feel fine a little tired at times but overall ok. im graduating from college in 3 months and already have a job. im scared to death to tell my parents and even my doctor. my doctor is a family friend and i just dont want everyone to worry. im scheduled for a physical in 3 weeks, do you think i should just wait, try to set up an appointment with a urologist and not tell anyone, or just tell my parents now?

My son was in your exact situation. He knew something was wrong in Dec.-Jan. and didn't tell us until April. The result was that it spread and he needed lots of work to get cured. Please don't wait. It is most likely just a lump but even if it is the worst get it taken care of now. With so little school left if the problem is caught early you might not miss more then 2-3 days of class. My son had his bad testicle removed on Fri and was back to school on Mon afternoon.
