Hi, im 16 and in the past few days i just get a little ache sometimes around the epididymis the middle to lower bit of it really. It only happens sometimes and it's not really a pain i'd say. My friend had kinda the same trouble and when he went the doctors he said it was just a ripped muscle or something to him. My other friend also told me today he had the same problem and the doctor told him it was just puberty. Also its only on my right epididymis. What you reckon???

It's probably nothing, just don't make it worse with constent checking. I reckon you follow the leads of your wise friends and see a doc if it doesn't get better in a few days. Most likely nothing at all, but why worry?Retired moderator. Husband, left I/O 16Dec2005, stage I seminoma with elevated b-HCG, no LVI, RTx15 (25Gy). All clear ever since.
