It's not normal to have lumps but it's also not dangerous unless the lump feels as if it is part of the testicle. Do a self exam as it's described here and if you have any doubts make an appointment with a urologist.

hi im 16 and im confused there is a small lump at the top of my right testicle it is not on the testicle it is just above it it is makeing me worried is this normal?
