No, but if you do have symptoms, you need to see your doctor for a diagnosis.

Any lumps on the testicle should be examined bt a doctor. Do a self exam as it is described here and if you still aren't sure call a urologist. What you really need to pay attention to is if the lumps feel as if they are attached to the testicle, if they are make the call today, it might not be cancer but why take that chance?
