probably nothing to worry about, BUT

Yesterday, I noticed a dull pain in my testicles when i flex my abdomen. It wasnt anything to make me say ''ouch'' or anything, but it felt akward. I inspected both of my testicles VERY closely after taking a warm shower, and I found no lumps whatsoever. Later on that day, I went to my grandpa's farm, where I was riding a ATV and Dirtbikes all day, something I havent done in a long time. The pain is still there when I flex, but not as noticeable as it was, and now I have a dull pain in my lower abdomen, and my testicles. This pain isnt enough to be distracting while I'm in school, or anything like that, but I DID take some advil, and put an ice pack on them. The dull pain is still there, and it has persisted for slightly less than 2 days now, I have not had any other symptoms like light-headedness or anything. I read something somewhere about sexual exhaustion, but I only masturbate 1-3 times a day, if even that. I told my dad about it, and he said ''sometimes its possible to just sleep on them wrong, and they're sore for a little while, its nothing to worry about, its happened to me''. This comforted me a little. My family has no history of testicular cancer, but maybe I should see a doctor anyway. The pain might have been caused by riding the ATV's, we hit some bumpy trails!
