One of the things that most commonly presents with those symptoms is a urinary tract infection. The bladder is full but you can hardly pass any urine, it hurts/burns when you urinate, and you sometimes have blood in your urine. This is from the inlflammation caused by the infection. I am not a doctor and not saying that is what it is, but if you have difficulty urinating, pain, blood and cloudy urine it very well COULD be a UTI. Untreated, a UTI can go to the kidneys and cause lower back pain.

I'm glad you are getting it checked and please make sure the doc answers all your questions before you let him/her run for the door! If you are still concerned about the testicle size or feel push very hard (or make sure your Mum does) to get an ultrasound. Good luck and let us know how it goes!

Glad you went to the doc. Did he take a uringe sample to culture? If the antibiotic do not relieve the discomfort please post back. And if they do, let us know that as well!!!

That's certainly good news. The antibiotics should do the trick but if they don't make sure you let the doc know.

hello guys im new here. i just had an orchiectomy last august 10. the biopsy's result will be available by august 31. I was asking my doctor what the masses he took from my left scrotum were, but he said he couldnt give a definite answer until aug 31. But he told me not to worry since the masses he removed were not like those for cancer. He told me not to worry. I think everything is going ok for me right now. The wound from the surgery is healing well and i hardly feel any pain.

I will pray for all of us. I am only 23. By the way I'm here in the Philippines.

How are u manchesterboy? I hope your condition is improving.
