  • Should i be worried?

I've had pea sized lumps on my testicles (and penis + pubic area) for 3 years (i'm 14) and i don't know if i should be worried or not. I do have back pains thoug i've had back pains before i even remember noticing the lumps and the left testicle is only slightly bigger than the right (almost unoticable)

Because you have concerns, the smart thing to do is to talk to your parents and go to a doctor for a check-up. If you feel uncomfortable about bringing it up to your parents remember that they care for you and want to know if you have something that concerns you. Given that the lumps are also on your penis and pubic area does not sound like Testicular Cancer but a check-up is needed to give you peace of mind, and so you can learn what the bumps or lumps are.

Good luck and let us know what happens.

      Aidan,
Welcome. Check out this site for how to do a proper self exam, as well as learn a bit about what you should and should not be feeling. http://tcrc.acor.org/tcexam.html

Are the lumps on the skin or do you actully have a lump on the testicle itself (not the scrotal skin)?

Definitely not TC, then. TC occurs in the testicle, not on the skin. If you are still concerned, though, you should bring it up with your parents or your doc.

Though how big are the lumps for it to be TC?
Mines are small and can hardly be felt by touch.

If you can feel the lumps after doing the self-exam as Karen referenced it in her post, they are on the testicle and feel pea-sized. This is not always the case though. Like I said, if they are on the skin, it is not TC.
