large lump in left teste

hi im 16 years old and i have discovered a large lump it seems to be the size of two marbles put together and it is harder then the normal testical and also it has a skinnier part inbetween the testical in the lump that joins them and i can move the lump around the teste and im starting to feel alittle bit of pain in my left teste and my left leg jus wondering what this could be?? someplz reply this im worried
