Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry you are having such a tough time but the only way to find out what's wrong is to get to a doctor. From what you describe I would make that appointment today. Remember if it should turn out to be tc it is very curable, but the earlier you get it treated the better, so get to a doctor today. Keep us postedSon Jason diagnosed 4/30/04, stage III. Right I/O 4/30/04. Graduated College 5/13/04. 4XEP 6/7/04 - 8/13/04. Full open RPLND 10/13/04. All Clear since.
Treated by Dr. Rakowski of Midland Park, NJ. Visited Sloan Kettering for protocol advice. RPLND done at Sloan Kettering.

Try to stay calm; there are possibilities less serious than cancer, and testicular cancer is almost always cured. Step one, though, is to tell your parents you need to see a doctor and have it checked out. It won't be as embarrassing as you may think.Scott
right inguinal orchiectomy 6/5/2003 > nonseminoma, stage I > surveillance > L-RPLND 6/24/2005 for recurrence, suspected teratoma but found seminoma, stage II > chylous ascites until 9/2005 > surveillance and "all clear" since

If it is cancer, you want to get going as quickly as you can. The sooner you act, the less treatment you're likely to need. If it isn't cancer, wouldn't you be glad to know that before you leave?Scott

At least a physical exam. If there's something suspicious, probably an ultrasound of the testicle and possibly a blood test for tumor markers.Scott
