No, that would take an abdominal CT scan and chest x-ray.

and can they find out if the cancer has spread from that?

At least a physical exam. If there's something suspicious, probably an ultrasound of the testicle and possibly a blood test for tumor markers.

If it is cancer, you want to get going as quickly as you can. The sooner you act, the less treatment you're likely to need. If it isn't cancer, wouldn't you be glad to know that before you leave?

well there is a bit of a problem with that because i am going away for 6 weeks in little over 10 days and if i got to the docter and they tell me i got cancer this means i cant go away. how bad could it get if i left it for 6 weeks?

Try to stay calm; there are possibilities less serious than cancer, and testicular cancer is almost always cured. Step one, though, is to tell your parents you need to see a doctor and have it checked out. It won't be as embarrassing as you may think.

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry you are having such a tough time but the only way to find out what's wrong is to get to a doctor. From what you describe I would make that appointment today. Remember if it should turn out to be tc it is very curable, but the earlier you get it treated the better, so get to a doctor today. Keep us posted
