    i havent been looked at by anyone yet and no one knows about my cancer b ut cant they just hack off the lump, do they have to get rid of the hole testicle seams a bit dumb to me and also wha do they put there insted a bit of rubber?

    If it's cancer, the testicle must be removed. However, what makes you think that's what you have?

      swelling of testicle then a lump a bit bigger than a pain in my abdomen
