heyz.. i've a little lump on my testicle abt e size of a green bean. had it since 13.. abt 4yrs. two days ago, i've a lower back prob.. cld tis be tc?

13 would be very young to get TC, and I would have expected the lump to have grown over the last 4 years if it was cancerous. That said, if you do have concerns the best thing to do is go and see your doctor. The examination isnt anywhere near as embarrasing as you think it will be.
