  • SSDI and germ cell tumors

Just to put it out there. Social Security has deemed TC more specifically germ cell tumors to be a "CAL" condition. In a nut shell you dont have to jump thru a million hoops to receive SSDI. With that being said it should take no more than 6 to 8 weeks to start getting SSDI. Its actually pretty simple. You call and can do a phone interview. You fill out the questionaire on line. Print off the Doctors medical form he or she fills it out you fax or email it back. Thats pretty much it, there is no social Security medical appointment to go too. Hence the CAL condition. Compassionate allowance " CAL" If anyone has questions let me know I did it and it was pretty simple.
