  • It's A Girl!!!

    Hi all!

I don't come around here nearly as often as I should but I wanted to let you all know that we had our ultrasound last week and found out that we're having a girl in June. Needless to say, we're both SO excited! And the best part is that on the ultrasound everything looked 100% healthy and all of my blood screenings have come back normal. We didn't really have any reason to think that they wouldn't but with all of the chemo that Alan had there was always the thought in the back of our mind that something may not be normal. We're so thankful!

                  Hi Scott!

I am feeling pretty good, although being less than 1 week away from my third trimester the exhaustion is starting to come back. I got through the barfy first tri only to feel WONDERFUL my whole 2nd tri and now it's tired, tired, tired again. But I'm not going to complain!

We spent the weekend prepping the nursery to be painted (goodbye exercise room!)... and then next weekend we'll get all of the painting done and hopefully her furniture all up too. Alan and I are both SO excited to meet our little girl! Thanks for asking - that means a lot to me!
