for those who had the pleasure to meet john at last years ride for the roses or the philly ride , i regret to inform you john passed away this morning . john is survived by his wife erin and 3 children . in johns 6 year battle against cancer he was the epitome of strength courage and selfishness , and in the same mold his wife erin has asked all who call that rather than send flowers or food and to support what john was fighting for to continue to donate in johns name to the LAF . we are starting a team in johns honor and will soon begin the process of establishing college funds for his kids .

John was an inspiration during the LIVESTRONG Challenge Philadelpia and Ride for the Roses Weekend last year. He made a lasting impression. I'm terribly sorry to hear about his death. I know your team in his honor will do him proud.Scott, [email protected]
