Exactly what I was looking for

I've been poring through the literature to find a decent TC review that covered the diagnosis stages from a pathological point of view. This is exactly the type of review I was hoping existed somewhere. What's more, it covers an issue that I've been trying to research: multifocal seminoma, which, presumably, is quite rare. My path found three foci of tumor, two of which were completely necrotic and one which was viable pure seminoma. I wonder whether the roots of necrotic tissue can be traced.

...anyhow, this is a great find if one's interested in understanding how clinical and pathologic diagnoses are made in TC.
