2014 NCCN Guidelines are out. Doesn't look like there were any major changes from last year's guidelines.

The new NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines for Testicular Cancer (version 1.2015) are now available. There are some new changes and easier to interpret follow up schedules so it is something you may want to make sure your doctor has reviewed.

                Hi Steven,

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by a 'knot' on your LT, but if you've identified a firm/hard mass in your testicle, you should get an appointment with your GP as soon as possible to get it checked out. If your GP can feel it, you'll then get a referral for an ultrasound scan which should support a diagnosis - it could be a cyst or varicocele or other benign issue, but it could potentially be cancer, and it's not worth delaying or waiting if you have any concerns.

Good luck and let us know how things go.

Just a heads up, there's a revision (2.2017, released 12-8-16 (go figure)). The list of changes is fairly long and the post treatment surveillance looks to have changed a bit.I apparently had *way* to many scans after year 2....

Jan, 1975: Right I/O, followed by RPLND
                  Dec, 2009: Left I/O, followed by 3xBEP
