I think walking is a great idea. Do not try and push ourself to much to fast. Give your body some tiime to recover.

Aerobics should be fine, if you use weights keep them very light. I would just do range of motion work and in two more weeks you should be ready to get back into your old routine.

It's simply when a piece of the intestine pokes through the stomach muscles, the reason you need to be careful is because during your recent operation they had to cut the stomach muscles so you just need taht to heal to avoid having a problem. It's easy to fix but who needs that.

I would give yourself at least another two weeks. As rjs said the real risk is giving yourself a hernia.

    Exercise?

Returning to normal activity or exercise is all dependent on how you feel - especially around the incision sight. I know that after about 2 weeks I thought I might be able to get active again, but my doctors orders were to wait 4-6 weeks. You do run the risk of getting a hernia so its better to be safe. Follow your doctors orders and take it easy. You don't necessarily have to do nothing, but lifting, running, jumping, etc. might be a bit much right now. There will be plenty of time for that in due time.
