I have a question.
I don't have testicles, was born without them. Everything else is fine, fortunately. Now I got these silicone gel filled implants some time ago.
If I wanna sleep with a girl, do you think I should tell her in advance about that? I don't wanna tell "everybody" about that stuff, 'cuz I don't even know how long our relationship will last etc.
Will the girls feel the difference between normal testicles and these these silicone gel filled implants? Unfortunately I have no comparison.
